Worst ever boxes I have been buying long double skin cardboard boxes for over 14 years. I decided to try Kite; big mistake. I can honestly say their boxes are the worst ever I have experienced and by a long shot. Other makers are easy to put together, they just fold out. Not Kite's though, oh no. They come flat with slots and numbered folding sections. They take six times or longer to put together than other makers. Kite. I have used one. How about you collect the others and refund me? Else, I will give them to a recycling company; really, they are that bad. And Kite. may I ask that instead of showing assembled long boxes on your site (which look nothing like what I got even when assembled), that you put images of the flat packed hell you actually send people? Because, if you did that, I am sure no-one would ever buy any. Order 1464438

Absolutely delighted with the service and product choice from Kite Packaging. I've made several orders over the last 12 months and they're now my first 'port of call' whenever I need packaging! Worst company ever！Just don't buy here. What highly probably happens to you is: you will receive broken items; you will not receive parts of your order; the quality of the items various; some times ok, some times bad; And the customer service will never reply you, not even to mention solve your problem.

The prices are good, BUT you will wait for delivery for weeks! Placed an order 1st week of December at 1st tape was out of stock and they will not deliver partial orders, then by the time tape is in stock, boxes are out so have to wait for boxes and it is goes is circles! still do not have my order!

Ordered 4 bag neck sealing machines. When they arrived we tested one and found it to be very poor. It did not work every time, often resulting in us having to cut the tape with a blade, untangle it and start again. Not the time saving piece of equipment we had hoped for. I contacted Kite sending the pictures and videos of the problem. They replied advising us how to use it - including reference to a video on their site - we were using it in just the same way and it was still not working consistently. After much back and forth I decided to return the machines. I was then very disappointed to be told that as I had used one of the machines, we could only return 3 of them for a refund. Plus, as they refused to admit that the machines were faulty, we would also have to return the machines at our cost, plus we would not be refunded the outbound shipping. What absolutely appalling service. I would not recommend this company and I certainly won't be using them again.
