Today the export share is 70% and it includes sales to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Since 1999 JSC Asmodas has been focusing on the development of its production, especially of the apartment security entrance doors and exterior entrance doors; as a result whereof, the company has launched a new production facility of 4300 m2, a new CNC metal mill and new wooden works technology, as well as implements quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In order to ensure the quality of our products, we test the properties of the doors only in certified and/or notified laboratories ( Lithuania, Sweden,Denmark, France) . All Asmodas doors hold the burglar proof certification (Wk3 and Wk4) following the EN 1627 European standard. Doors are certified as airtight (class A) and/or watertight (class E), sound-proof (from 42 to 45 dB Rw (C; Ctr)), fire resistant (EI30 and EI60) and fire gas tight (class Sa, Sm). And this is only a small part of the carried out tests. Today about 100 people are employed in the company within production, assembly, maintenance, and client service, which is the most important for the company this day to make sure that every need of the client is met. The production of Asmodas is situated just outside Klaipeda (port town ) in western Lithuania. The geographical position of Asmodas ensures fast deliveries. Asmodas is both engaged in mass production of doors as well as smaller quantities, but the company always maintains the quality of the product. The greatest quality of Asmodas is flexibility in working individually with each client, ensuring the production of non-standard goods, special design, as well as giving flexible terms resulting in high technical level and long-term guarantee.
