Been with Fireserve over 3 years now. I am connected via WISP up near Agency lake. Good solid connection with low latency. They respond quickly and the reply is from somebody that understands the technical end and can deal with technical questions. They are holding up well to the heavy demand that Covid-19 has introduced with so many people working from home or just stuck at home and using the Internet.

Did a short term contract with this company. Despite Covid restrictions, fires, etc.... they were amazing! I hit a couple of gliches in my time with them, (none related to anything they did), yet they were prompt in responding and getting me the help I needed. I have a long relationship with internet providers, generally not positive or just tolerable at best.... I will truly miss these guys!!! Thank you Lee, and the rest of the Fireserve team!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Fireserve! We live in the country and the worst part has always been the 1.5 mbps that we had to deal with from Centurylink. Now I feel we get the best of both worlds! The two technicians were very nice and professional. The customer service rep actually spoke English as her first language so there was clear and easy communication. The Company is also local so you might know one of the employees so that is a bonus as well. We pay about 20 more a month for 20X more speed so I thought it was well worth it. Ditch the multinational Centurylink for the local and reliable Fireserve you wont regret it!

We've been with FireServe only a short time after another ISP closed. We lost our access last Friday. I called FireServe Friday evening and they came out Saturday and replaced the network cable from the antenna which had become filled with water over time and finally shorted out. I appreciate their fast response and the quality job they did getting us back up and online even on the weekend!! Thanks Lee!!

I hate it, it can't even load anything when it's been used for like 4 months
