Provided above and beyond customer service for me. He gave professionalism even when my request was not ideally what he could consider, he still gave me time and other resources to assist me. I highly recommend Gary at On Time Process Services. Due to a scheduling error on my part, I was in a pinch to find a courier service and luckily found Gary with a quick internet search. He was professional, courteous, and completed my request with documented receipts within two hours of my initial contact! Talk about speedy and prompt, I could not be more pleased. They worked very hard on serving the other party in our case and managed to find the otger party in only two weeks! We expected this to last onger but they exceeded our expectations and kept us informed along the way. Thank you!
Being in Washington and having to have someone served in Oregon was a little daunting, to say the least. However, I emailed On Time Process Services and they stated they would get the service done (at a very fair price), and they would do it within a couple of days. It was a couple of days, and they had everything worked out and I got the email that the person had been served! I am very happy with their service, and I will use them again if I need to serve in their area again!
