Most awesome store and the girls in the grooming are good people, my dog Sammy came out happy and beautiful.
The customer service in the store was horrible. The employee was convinced I did not have a PALS rewards number yet I do. She did not know how to process the online pick up in store transaction. Horrible skills worse idea ever shopping online and picking up in store. The only reason why I would shop here again is we live in a small town and this is the only place that sells the correct supplies for our reptiles and fish. I'm very disappointed in this shopping experience. This will be my first and only online pick up in store transaction. So much for trying to help do my part in this pandemic

The woman who helped me was beyond helpful and really knew what she was talking about! I appreciated her common sense. She didn't just want to sell me something she wanted to make sure I knew what I needed and what that would require. Thank you!
