I Had a stove installed in November of 13 from Smokey Stoves. They lost the instruction book to set up the remote control. They gave me a different book for the same type just a year or so older and said hopeful I would be able to figure it out with that but if not to call them back and they would be glad to come out and figure it out. We called them back after trying to figure it out and we were told it would be about 2 1/2 weeks till they could get out. They never Came. Here it is February of 15 and the fan went out on this stove and I called and talked to the same guy who installed the stove and he said well the fans aren't made to last when you have animals because of the dust. But he could come out next Thursday. So we made an appointment for Thursday after 3. Yes Thursday has come and gone at least twice. no phone call or anything. I am frustrated with their customer service and would not recommend them in the future.
