My family has been bringing our pets here since 2008. We have never been dissatisfied! We just got a new puppy, shes been here twice for her vaccinations and the second time she couldn’t wait to get out of her transporter to see her friends. We will likely be forever customers! Quality pet care and great affordable services. Ask about the “puppy package”! Its fantastic.

Went here over a weekend for urgent care because my usual vet was closed, and I am switching to vets to West Ridge—even though they are in the other side of town, they’re that good! Not too busy, very empathetic workers who really listen, full pharmacy and food shop, beautiful atmosphere. The real test was that this was the first vet my dog didn’t tremble and shake at! Love them.

We had to put down a pet here and the crew at West Ridge Animal hospital were extremely hospitable in allowing us to stay after their closing hours, and allowing us to be with our pet in private. It was the best of a bad experience and we can't thank them enough.

While the staff are nice and friendly and it's not everyone who works there's fault for one person's mistake oh, I do not recommend West Ridge Animal Hospital. We have taken our cats there for several visits and there was a gentleman veterinarian that helped us before. This particular visit was a lady veterinarian who misdiagnosed her cat and told us we should euthanize him as our first option decided to go to two different vets to get second and third opinions to find out all he needed was antibiotics. He's breathing study then back to his normal self. Took him in again to the new vet and he is absolutely fine now. They also told us they are cat had leukemia because they tested him and they wouldn't give him a vaccination at Westridge. He does not have leukemia we found out and there's no record of him being tested for leukemia at Westridge. Pets are like our children and I assure you it is not easy to make a decision to put down a pet. Had we listened to the ill-advised information and decided to euthanize him, we wouldn't be able to spend time with him today.
