My parents have been customers of theirs for over 50 years. First, with Russ Klasen, then Bob, and now the new owners. With the new ownership and merging of McQuiston/Klasen and Heath Oil, I'm sure there will be some adjustments... But so far, the same dependable service we have always enjoyed. Thanks to the office staff of all companies for making the transition as simple as possible.

I accidentally bounced a check for oil with this company. Paid it plus the 50 fee. I called to ask why if I could get on budget billing. She said \there have been too many problems with your account\. I asked her besides the check to give me a specific example. She stated \with your debit card\. Surprised to hear this I asked if she could give me a date for this supposed issue with my card. \well I don't have it in front of me\. I called today as I am out of fuel and she said I need to find another company. I have been with this company for at least 10 years. 10! For someone to dismiss a customer when it is going to be 0 for a high next week is incredible.
