We have just started using our kitchen, and the appliances seem to be great and very good quality. We had used Kleenmaid for the past 25 years, which was a different company then, but the new brand seems to be just as good. We had an issue with the oven brand new, but the warranty team was excellent in supporting us to get the problem resolved. It took a month, and 3 service calls as it was intermittent and kept on shorting the electricity, but the product was faulty in a small connection which was finally identified. The tech guy, who was a sub-contractor of Kleenmaid said that I would never have a problem with them, and that the products are excellent quality. He mentioned other brands and some were top shelf, and he said their service was woeful. So well done Kleenmaid for this early experience, and we look forward to using your products for many years to come.

Great design, and great service. When I told a friend who is an award winning kitchen designer that I'm thinking of purchasing Kleenmaid she said that's what she had in her own kitchen. It was a no brainer! Excellent value.

After 3 years my Kleenmaid oven stopped working, turns out to be the fan element. I called the support line to purchase a replacement part which was quoted at165. I was genuinely suprised by the price which from my research was excessive. The guy on the front desk at this point became very condescending, saying what did you expect from a 2500 oven, to which I said perhaps a 2500 oven shouldn't break after a couple of years and in fact under consumer Law I would be supported. I bought from Grays but not under auction. I was in fact happy to purchase the part and pay to have it installed myself but after this guys attitude i said let's turn this into a warranty claim as it should be. I asked to speak with the manager, he then said call back another day. Then said he is done with me and go away and research the law........ I said in have never met anyone so condescending trip which he said I must have led a very sheltered life. This guy needs to grow up. It's clear Kleenmaid is not what it once was, not since the company went into administration. It's a different company, different products that are simply rebadged. The reliability went with the good service years ago.

We Purchased a gas hob (cooktop) from a reputable dealer, it was an ex display so box was missing, both dealer and myself EMailed Kleenmaid to enquire about any Accessories that may have been missing, None of the Emails were replied too and in the end we had to purchase a complete new cooktop so that we could have existing one replaced. very poor follow up service. I will steer clear of Kleenmaid products in future.

After 14 years, our Kleenmaid Oven developed a fault and we decided to upgrade with another Kleenmaid product. There was a delay in delivery as the new oven had to come from Italy during the Covid-19 problems. However, after contacting the local retailer we purchased the new oven from, we promptly received a phone call from Ray in Sydney who kindly arranged for the supply and fitting of another oven to use temporarily while waiting for our new oven to arrive. He was of further helpful assistance with our other purchase of a Range hood. His considerate attention highlighted the great customer service from Kleenmaid.

Great appliances, both function-wise and in terms of look. The customer service/aftercare team are always swift in resolving any issues. The LED lights in my range hood stopped working after 3 years. After contacting them, even though their main office was interstate, took less than 3 days to receive the replacement part in the mail.

Excellent sales service, with good communication. Great price. Fast delivery. Only drawback is after sales - waiting on someone to let me know when an extra shelf is available. They were supposed to contact me in early Feb but nobody has even though I rang and left a message.
