Had such a bad experience with the staff of MATLOSANA OFFICE NATIONAL today, I am a regular client and my employer also purchase all office stationary here! I felt so unwelcome and in the way, the way I was treated???? I still had plenty to do but I just want to get done go..... The lady that was assisting me just messed up all printing, and there was no edits to be done already done, and she kept on saying we don't do edits??? she put the sticker paper upside down, I had to tell her to click on "fit in frame" the other printing was cut off???? She was struggling to select a paper format?????? My USB was given back to me smash on the counter????? and I was advice to rather e-mail my request to them and not to bring in my USB, all previous times I printed from my USB but no it was a problem? and I can just imagine if I wasn't there to assist her with the printing what my printing would have looked like if she received the instruction on e-mail? There was so much error pages when she was done....
