Went here on a hunch and turned out to be a winner. Fabulous old house next to the ocean gives you a scenic view to die for. We had the fish (super tasty with very nice veggies and a Jerusalem artichoke purée), meatballs (the sauce were outstanding, and I say that as a Swede eating meatballs for more than 40 years) and the cow (ok, but it lacked some flavor and the presentation were a bit outdated). Nice selection of beverages with extra plus for the waiters recommendations of nice non-alcoholic apple juice from a local producer. Left with a smile and will definitely come back!

Good shrimp sandwich. Just below average prices compared to the rest of gotland. Outstanding location as well

Very cozy and genuine restaurant. The menu is great and food taste very good. Nice selection of wines and beers. The outdoor seating with view is exceptional in the evening. All to reasonable prices.

Alert Alert! Do not; I repeat: Do NOT eat here. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Affordable for such a 'posh' place. A romantic old house (not quite a manor perhaps, but very close); you can feel the presence of old times in the creaky floorboards and narrow hallways. The yoghurt that they served for breakfast had an unearthly freshness to it. On the bad side, you have to use super-annoying, large and clumsy old keys for every opening and closing of the doors. In the event of a fire, I'd say your best bet is to jump out the window. The old man who was the main proprietor had a bit of an attitude -- although when the people come to breakfast in their shorts and sandals, you can afford a certain refined distance, I suppose.
