Stayed as a transient at this mobile home park. I had a lovely pull through site with full hookup. Sewer, electricity, water. Price was average. Lovely clean pool. They had three different swimming pools. Due to covid I had to book time slot. Has a good General Store. Close to Grand Bend, and the beach.

Been going there since I was a little kid. Now I bring my kids and they never want to leave. There are 3 swimming pools and a splash pad. And almost every weekend there is something to do for the kids. Movie night, kids bingo, bike rodeo, swim meet, and for the adults theres horse shoe tournaments, golf cart rodeo, bingo, cards, and alot more. It's definitely a home away from home

This place is great. 3 pools (kiddie, adult and all ages pool). The food shack—Grumpas— at the front has great prices and lost of your favourite deep fried stuff while camping or even just driving by. (you don't need to enter the park to get food here) There is a large pond with plenty of hungry fish, a horse shoe pit, and loads of community activities out on by the seasonal campers. They have limited rental lots that fill up quick in late winter and spring.

I must say, having stayed at the park under the previous ownership it is a fantastic experience. The park itself, Transient site/amenities and customer service was excellent. We have friends in the park we look forward to visiting each summer. Unfortunately we have had a frustrating experience resulting from having to cancel a weekend reservation, that we had paid in full for 2 nights. We provided the park 10 days notice that we couldn't come that weekend. (our work unexpectedly reopened on weekends and we were required to work) We were told (very nicely by the person in the Klondyke office) that there were no refunds. Then it was said that they had some sort of new rule that refunds could not be issued by the individual park office. Something to do with Covid Stage 2? There was no mention of no refund when I booked on the phone, there is no mention of no refund in the confirmation email that i received when I paid my 145.00 in full and advance for 2 nights. Initially I didn't get a response with regards to my cancellation either. Although I did after another follow up email and subsequent phone call. ( i could have handled the phone call better). The request for the refund of our park fees was sent to head office on August 22nd. I have subsequently sent 2 follow up emails inquiring as to the status of the refund or any comment with regards to my problem and have received ZERO response to date. To say it is frustrating is putting it mildly. The dealings I had with the park in previous years were 5* with regards to customer service and amenities. In this situation I would say \u003c 2, but, Monica at the park and the Park itself deserve better.

We went for 4 nights from September 20th to the 24th. We wanted a place that the pool was still opened, and they delivered. We had a great stay at a beautiful park, and a beautiful area of Ontario that we had not camped before. We will he returning next year if at all possible.
