I (zurich local) wanted to buy some earrings I saw in the display window. Unfortunately, the sales lady was too busy attending Chinese customers and told me that she cannot help me with anything I saw in the display window. Very poor customer service. I have been here several times already and it is always the same poor experience. The shop should think of hiring more personnel to attend all of their customers, not just targeted ones. I will probably not return cause I think I deserve to be treated as any other customer.
