Did a 25 min \intake session\ which included no therapy, but was at the hourly rate of a therapy session. We did the intake, found out the fee per session was going to be 220 and decided that was a little high, considering we wouldn't be seeing a certified psychologist directly. We decided to not go ahead with KMA and it was handled a little defensively by the company. Update- management reached out to me after this review and we had a really positive conversation about my experience. They listened sincerely and wanted to improve their service. I am considering trying them out again- their hours and location flexibility were nice.

Not really impressed. SUPER high cost, they charged us 130 for a half hour intake session where we basically did paperwork, don't direct bill and you don't even see a registered psychologist. You get assigned to see someone who's 'supervised' by someone that qualifies for insurance coverage. High cost, better value to be found elsewhere. UPDATE: The company reached out several times and did seem to want to make sure to get feedback so our experience wasn't repeated. Apparently the intake session we received wasn't the standard they strive for and the reimbursed the initial consult fee. Bumped up one more star for follow up.
