I ordered a MacBook Air here a few days ago and was impressed how quick the online pick up was. This computer purchase is pretty urgent as we were about to travel and we needed it ASAP. Only a few Best Buy stores had it in stock and Apple store had a 3 week wait. Glad I thought to check here and was glad to be able to pick it up after just a few hours. First time I’ve ever done curbside for a tech purchase. Much appreciated.
Relatively good customer service didn't go inside, curbside pick up was relatively quick. The curbside pick up employee asked for my order confirmation number before I even checked in.
BEWARE OF ORDERING FOR PICK-UP! I ordered something online to pick up at this store and didn't do so. I intended on cancelling though have been busy and it slipped my mind, (Best buy's policy is to cancel automatically and refund after 5 days). I'm a hour away from this store and randomly get a text message: "Best Buy: We are heading out with your curbside order, please have your 4-digit code ready. Thank you for your patience!". I check the order status and what do you know, it says I just picked it up!?! I go in today to get my money back and they ended up searching the store up and down and didn't find it. I assume they checked security footage and saw I never got it? One of the guys trying to figure it out called someone for answers I assume because he must've been just as confused as me. After about 20 - 25 minutes they randomly decided to give me my money back, no further questions and no explanation. They either have a thief among their employees or someone local is hacking best buy pick-up emails! I'm leaning more towards option 1...
Asia was so polite and product smart, as a salesman I enjoyed watching someone good at their trade. How refreshing. I will be back because of Asia.
Studied reviews, ratings of bluetooth turntable w/preamp. Located one at Best Buy in Knightdale. Picked up at store that afternoon, and delivered gift for birthday. Pleased with website, store availability, and overall quality transaction.
