Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Just left here after my niece called me crying to pick her up. We made an appointment yesterday for today at 10:00, we went in early (9:45) and my niece sat there without even getting acknowledged for more than forty minutes. Why did we make an appointment if she knew she wouldn't be able to get to her hair? Waiting that long without even a conversation about time is unprofessional! She was the only person in there doing hair, if you know you're going to be backed up, at least let people know.
