I was a walk-in and was made to feel welcome immediately. I asked for a cut and highlights and got exactly what I wanted. A great hair cut and not too pricey! Thank you Annette.

Called yesterday and made an appointment for today at 6pm. When I got there the lady asked me “why are you here?”. That greeting surprised me a little. I explained I had an appointment and she started fussing at me about how she doesn’t know who made the schedule but they’re double booked and I’m just going to have to wait. Here’s my issue: She spoke to me like it was my fault that she was double booked and had a very poor attitude. If I was the owner I would be incredibly embarrassed by her lack of professionalism. Secondly, if you’re double booked, when you notice that why don’t you take 2 minutes and call me so I don't Waste my evening driving out there? I’m mostly unimpressed with the way she spoke to me, and her terrible attitude. This is the second time I have tried to get my hair cut here and both times I’ve been treated less than appropriately. Management really needs to get things together here..
We love this hair salon! We've been coming here for years, the stylists are great, the prices are good, and you always come out looking and feeling good.
