Had a horrible experience with staff member Amy Neese, who made a mistake that caused our family great inconvenience. Nothing like someone who thinks their right even when confronted with indisputable documentation. Luckily, I was able to reach the Mr. Seate, the agent, directly who we wanted to deal with anyway, who was (1) willing to listen to our concern, (2) communicate, unlike his staffer, using conversational competence, (3) exhibited the professional acumen and follow up that was expected. I would refer this office, but only to deal with him directly. Amy did call our family later and apologize, but only AFTER I confronted her AND made her aware that I would be filing a complaint with her supervisor and State Farm. No one should be inconvenienced to drive two counties to have an error corrected by someone (a vendor/business at that) who won't admit fault. Again, Mr. Seate appeased my frustration for the moment for which I am thankful.

Absolutely terrible! I went to cancel my renters insurance with them before I moved into my apartment complex in November and they said it’ll be taken care of and they won’t charge my card! I go to look at my bank statements and they’ve charged me twice! I just called and spoke with Amy (who said she would take care of it and I won’t be charged) said I don’t have any notes that you’ve canceled and we don’t have a forwarding address. But if I canceled my policy before moving into my apartment, then you don’t need a forwarding address? These people that work here are very incompetent and they clearly don’t understand anything. I don’t recommend these crooks to anyone! Please, look elsewhere for any type of insurance needs. They won’t give me a full refund because their system only goes 30 days back. But it’s their mistake, not mine. They don’t hold themselves accountable for their mistakes!
