Matthew Gorman is the real deal. He makes doing business with him as easy as possible and I can always get a hold of him when I need him. In the modern era people are getting away from personal service in the insurance business so I really appreciate having 'my own' guy instead of a switchboard to call where you talk to a different person every time. Their rates are comparable or lower than the competition and I love doing business with someone I've actually met face to face. I bought a catering van for my business this past Friday and wanted to make sure I had coverage right away because hail was in the forecast for the weekend. Despite the fact that it was Good Friday, a holiday, Matthew got right back to me and got me all setup!
