I enjoyed my experience here. Nikki and Chantel did my hair beautifully. They were clean and gentle. I recommend them and will return. I admire their customer service, especially their health and safety practices. I watch them clean chairs and combs. I saw them wash hands. Everyone wore mask the entire time I was there.

I've gone to this salon several times. The first 2 times I had a good experience. The 4 times after have been terrible. I book the appointment days in advance, and give the hair color wanted over the phone. The last 2 visits they did not have the color I requested. I had to use what was available. I showed a PICTURE of the style and length I wanted. I was told length would be 200. When the stylists were done I asked again if I still had to pay 200?? Stylists said yes. My hair was not the color or length request at the beginning of the appointment. This has happened several times. This will be my last visit here. I can't waste another 200 on poor service. My hair is 4-5 inches shorter than the photo I showed to them. And the hair looks horrible. I regret going. I have posted a photo. It says wanted (which is a photo of their own work) VS what I actually got!

I would not recommend I went at 9 hoping to be done by 3-4 I didn’t leave until 7:30 pm I showed the woman a picture on how I wanted my hair and she started doing my braids huge, and the parts huge I made her stop to look at them and the braids we’re horrible I told her to take it out I was gonna go else where the owner practically begged me to give them another chance. what’s the point in showing you a picture if you’re gonna keep asking me how I want it, and still do it wrong they charged me 260 my waist length braids I have never paid that much for waist length. Here I am 2.5 weeks later and my braids are already slipping out in the front! I get my hair braided all the time so I know what’s what. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!!

I am a 61 year old lady who has had there hair braided many,many times. I go in to get a basic box braid style show the owner the picture which consisted of not many box braids. I should of known it was about the money because she tells me a large amount then asked what price did I want to pay for the style I say not that much because I don't want that many braids. We finally agreed on 40 less than what she quoted. Then I think there was a disagreement between the other styless because they started shouting at one another because I couldn't understand what was said but I kept hearing the amount I paid and it should be a higher amount. I show the styless the picture many times, stressing I don't want that many braids then another styless came to help l show her the picture another several times. I even kept my phone on with the picture on again I keep telling her I don't want that many braids she says ok, then she starts brading my hair so tight that tears were rolling out my eyes and I ask her not so tight. My hair looked NOTHING like the picture. Needless to say I came in from out of town and wanted my hair done badly and I have had to take the braids out. At 1st I thought I wouldn't even have any hair left once I got the braids out. I could not even lay down on my back.. I tried to lay on my hands that didn't work. I'm soooo disappointed that I am out a good amount of money and if I could have given less than 1 star I would have given a zero. This is one of the most horrible experiences that I have ever went through. I wouldn't recommend going here. Who has money these days to just throw away like this. !

This was my first time having my hair braided here and I will not go anywhere else. They are very nice, professional and fast. They were getting people in and out. Since I was pregnant they gave me plenty of breaks which I appreciated.
