Just received some great service today ! Last time I came here in September it was a 3.5 but today was 360! I had went to the Raleigh location three days ago but my symptoms were still bad. So we went back to the Knightdale location and everyone in there including the doctor was 5 star !!!

Scheduled a walk-in at 12:29. Got there 15 minutes early. First problem was, I Wasn’t seen until about a hour later. Second the lady at the front desk doesn’t even speak English. A simple check in or whatever that was, took way too long with her having to repeat herself a thousand times because I couldn’t understand her broken attempt at English. Why have someone who can’t even speak English work the front desk? Also The lady who pulled my blood was TERRIBLE! I’ve donated blood and plasma several times and it’s never hurt this bad! The way she ripped the needle out of my arm made my arm throb in pain for the rest of day. This place is a ridiculous joke. I won’t be going back and I will never refer anyone to your Knightdale facilities

Good luck getting in touch with the front desk. Just held for 18.5 minutes and no one ever answered. Called last week and same thing happened. Am guessing this is not where I should decide to take my newborn, since I can not even get someone on the phone!!!

I always get the person at the front desk when I call in the morning. However, it ticks me off that their recording when the office is closed DOESN'T TELL US WHEN THEY OPEN! THE WEBSITE DOESN'T TELL US EITHER!
