I had the worst experience with this agency. I had hired housekeepers through them 3 times. All of those times the housekeepers only worked for me for less than a year. This agency charges 18% of a yearly salary to find the housekeeper and never even offered me a discount after having paid them close to 15,000 over the years. All three times I have hired someone through them the candidates have proven themselves unreliable, and I had no other choice than to let them go. The agency did not replace any of the candidates, as the guarantee period is only 10 weeks. When I was having issues with any of the candidates the manager was always very rude. With the latest housekeeper the agency let me believe that the candidate is self-employed and is doing her own taxes. However after 8 months of her working for me at appeared that she isn't, which led me to paying more than 10k to the HMRC. My personal advice - do not use this agency!!!
