Okay service.... false delivery times, waited over 2 weeks when I was told 4-5 days for the delivery of my 300 lights... kept coming in to ask where it is... in the end the builders contract was over and they left so I went to ask for a refund for my product which I still hadn’t received... they said wait till it’s here to do anything because if they don’t have the product delivered yet they can do anything... so it came, they said no refunds..... even though they lied about my delivery time and kept saying next day... which was actually 17 days later and when I didn’t want it they just said returning fee is too expensive and that I would have to pay for it? Which I know is not a fee I have to pay. He suggested to returning costs will basically be 300 of my product so it’s not worth it and they said they can’t do anything... poor poor poor, I wouldn’t recommend at all. I’ve cut ties with them also so has my business and my contractors. There’s another place not far approximately 20 minutes away with better service and NEXT day delivery

I went before covid-19 to buy gu10 bulbs . Very helpfull,polite and wonderful service. Well done guys.Also had visited on 1 feb 2021 to buy switches and bulbs great customer service plus free beutiful car calendar for my son.Thank you so much to all the staff at kNk.
I went on 28/11/20 around 11ish to buy 6 LED white lights for my flat. The man on till was helpful and gave me the product and tested the white light. After I asked if I can return it if the light doesn’t have the desired effect in my living room, he said I can’t. I couldn’t believe it and asked what about exchange then and he said No. I said look I will get the 6 and won’t open the 5 but try the one first and see if the room is bright enough but he kept saying -No. I was like surely that can’t be right as even though he has showed the effect here I am unsure how it will look in my living room and I can only understand it once I actually light it. But he kept saying - No. Then a other guy gave me a really poor example of will I be able to return a bread in a superstore if used? I again said I will try only one and won’t break the seal and if it’s fine then I obviously won’t return. But then one more aged guy said take only 1 then very arrogantly without understanding that I have to make the trip again. Absolutely pathetic and the staff’s arrogance was like - ‘Take the lights if you want or else just get lost’. They didn’t seem to even try and understand or care about the customers situation. I eventually had made the trip and invested my time so bought the 6 LED’s and fortunately they work fine but very very disappointed with the attitude and their ridiculous policy of not able to return or even exchange things in case they don’t work out. In today’s day and age when customer is treated so nicely everywhere these guys are really behind the marker and living in dark ages. Online retailers like Amazon would do anything if you are not happy and whilst you really want to support your local businesses this is what you get ultimately. Very bad experience!
Will openly tell you they can't help on the phone because they are too busy, overpriced and bad customer service every time I've been. AVOID
