From my initial call to gather further information about Knoll Gardens, Nicole promptly and courteously answered. She exudes professionalism and high quality customer service. My tour with John in maintenance for a showing was also a positive encounter. Nicole's welcoming demeanor and diligence made the application process a seamless transition. I am highly appreciative of their team and excited to soon call this community home!

I’ve lived here about a year. Absolutely love it. Marina In the office is very very helpful always a cheerful voice when picking up answers any questions we have. I’ve locked myself out once or twice I had someone there within the two minutes. Beautiful apartment inside lots of space!
I hardly know where to begin!, Well let me start with my neighbors , they are really good people " Being handicapped there is always someone willing to help me with groceries . Getting them out of my car and into the house is quite a task for me and I always appreciate the assistance. Management has given me my own H C parking space Very generously, The grounds are kept in lovely condition and in the wintertime snow removal is always a priority. The men that makeup the maintenance staff are clean, courteous,on time and know their job and perform them well All in all, this is a fine environment in which to live BUT, it would be perfect if man*s best friend was allowed to live here too. Dogs under 20 lbs. that pose no threat to anyone I see no valid reason for their exclusion
I liked the way Nicole helped us to get the apartment. Being out of state resident, it becomes much easier when you have a friendly efficient employee helping you to make it little easier for you to get an apartment. Thank you Nicole!
My stay at Knoll Gardens has been an excellent one. Nicole was always attentive and accommodating throughout the moving in process and while I was a tenant through my five years. Unfortunately, my stay has come to an end due to changes in my life but I will always remember how was I treated by Nicole and Marina no matter what the concern was, they always rectified the concerns and were spectacular to work with. I highly recommend staying here because the place is excellent and I cannot thank Nicole and Marina enough for everything to did for me! I hope I meet more people like them in the future!
I recently transferred to a 2 bedroom and would like to thank Marina for her help. She made my experience an easy one and appreciated her help and professionalism. Would also like to thank maintainanence for their help with a few issues I had. They fixed everything and I am happy. Great team!
I moved here last March and I’m very happy and blessed to be living on my own here at knoll gardens. Lake Hiawatha is a very cool community. The staff in the leasing office are very nice to me. I like the staff a lot here.
