we decided on ABF Upack for our long distance move (TN to CA) for affordability and choice of trailer/cubicle. Chris at Knoxville terminal was super helpful when we first went to check our options - he guided us well. on the day of Trailer being driven to our home, we received a call to confirm. the drivers were all nice. we got 3 full days to load. Chris kept us informed and feeling comfortable thro'out during this (much stressful) time. we were able to track our freight online. our shipment was delivered to Fontana CA terminal in 7 days, we got a prompt call when it arrived. it all went smooth and we're V happy we chose ABF over other options
