I attended the Wednesday meditation group. I learned so much from this group. It exceeded my expectations. My life was more in balance when I attended regularly. Everyone was very welcoming.

Recommend. Prasad is a friendly, down to earth guy. With a degree in nursing from Columbia University, I felt comfortable using his services to see if acupuncture could help my high blood pressure. My bp at my last Dr visit was 124/80, so i'd say it helps:) Thanks Prasad!
