Great Service! I had an appointment to diagnose and repair a speaker problem. My appointment was for 1pm I arrived at 12:55pm. My issue was diagnosed, new speakers installed, and I pulled out of the parking lot @ 1:29pm. This was my first experience with American Radio I am completely happy with their service, price, attention to detail, the fast friendly service with a smile, and the speed in which all this was accomplished! I simply had an awesome experience.

I stopped in rite before Christmas and needed a fuse block. They had gave to me free and told me merry Christmas. I was in shock never been there and didn't expect that to happen. I will never go anywhere else and i will always refer anyone to them. Thanks for the awesome service and everything.

The work they did was amazing ! Not only is the customer service A but the quality of work is beyond compare. They will be installing all of my audio needs decks and equipment and I’m not even from Tennessee! Overall if I could give them more stars I would break the scale. You can purchase stereos anywhere for any price, but it is going to be the installation of your new stereo that is going to make the big difference. These guys are not young kids trying to figure out what or how to install something. The times I have been there Curtis in Sales with Bruce and Darren in installation, well it does not get any better. I've watched these guys work and all are perfectionists, which is what I am looking for not the cheapest price. They have work on my boat and truck, which was over a 100,000 investment. Don't take a chance on making a mistake, ask for one of these guys by name. You will not be disappointed.
