I would never use this service again. Very dishonest. Local representatives mislead about fees and continued to charge services for employees terminated years prior. When brought to the companies attention (local rep) was told that it cannot be changed or refunded. Was told this by the actual account rep who handles the immediate needs of the store so I let it go after they stopped charging for said terminated employee. When I went to cancel their service was told I would have to pay a very large fee to cancel. Even though they overcharged my company for years and never refunded any money or compensated for it in any way. When I enewed\ my contract I was also told by the local rep that there would be no cancellation fee or fees of any kind. This was the only reason why we renewed knowing the past issues we encountered. The higher manager informed us that we indeed would be charged regardless of what the rep that we dealt with had said. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I ordered a jacket online so this review is about the online customer service, not the Knoxville location. My very expensive jacket arrived damaged and they will not do anything about it. No refund. No discount on a replacement. Nothing. Total waste of money. Don't order from their website.

I’d give a zero if I could. This company never brings the right amount of uniforms also shorts us on rags they will still charge week in and week out even if they don’t do their job correctly. Terrible service.
