Great facility and even better care team. They always have someone on standby to answer even the simplest maternity questions you may have at any time of day. They strive to make sure every client is comfortable and that your individualized needs are being met. They have a great sense of community and offer awesome classes for free to their clients on childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. I appreciate the entire care team and the educators and administrators as well for always being so welcoming and helpful when you come in for visits.

We love Baby and Co! I've been a maternity patient and my son has been a pediatric patient since day one, and although there Were some challenges as they transitioned from Lisa Ross to Baby & Co the staff has never wavered in its commitment to its patients. I'm so glad we stayed because there is no better maternity care in Knoxville than the midwives at Baby and Co and we LOVE the new pediatrician. Whenever I walk in the building I feel validated, valued and comfortable. I would recommend Baby and Co to any pregnant friend or someone looking for a pediatrician. I believe they are a huge asset to Knoxville.
I switched to Baby and Company just before my 3rd trimester. I've loved the prenatal care I've received so far! The midwives make me feel valued and safe and they listen to my opinions. I'm so excited to have my baby there in just a few weeks.
If I could give them a 0 score I would. Awful customer service and billing! My son was born 3 months ago at UT, and they still have not returned money we paid into the birth. ( we decided not to give birth there) which thank God we chose that! Also, suspicious charges on our bcbs! Stay away! Would not recommend them to anyone!
I was expecting to deliver our first with them, but they are closing down as of 05/18/2018. We were given notice of said closure on 04/23/2018, midday. Dealing with the very unexpected transition has been stressful, but dealing with their billing department has been horrendous. Their level of customer service is subpar, particularly during this sensitive time. I am very disappointed.
So they adjusted their insurance coverage network and didn't alert any existing clientele about the changes. No emails, nothing in the mail, no notices posted in the office, or "heads up" provided by the people who work there. Maybe it's my fault because 100% of every other medical related office over the course of my life has informed me when changes were being made to coverage networks that could effect me. Not here. They processed our visits and waited to bill us until after they made their network changes. So now we're on the hook for the total amounts. We won't be returning.
Love the pediactric side! We don't vaccinate, and (while I did sign the refusal form) the nurse practitioner was kind and non-judgemenal of our very informed decision. Easy to schedule appointments and a very friendsly staff!
Baby Co, please add Cigna insurance, we were so comfortable taking our son to Maggie and Maria :(
