Came here with my girlfriend today searching for a birthday present for my mom. The store was organized and we were greeted warmly by a nice gentleman. Directed us towards what we were looking for and helped us find another thing we were looking for. Thanks Daniel! The lady at the counter was very nice as well and put our gift in a shiny gift bag with some gift paper. Really awesome store with cute stuff and great customer service!

I have been here 2 times in the past two weeks. All employees are wearing masks. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are only allowing so many people in at a time, but talk to each person while standing there. Today was the candle sale! It was raining and they had personal umbrellas for customers to use! The lines moved quickly, so I waited to check our for less than a minute. Everything was quickly replaced and stocked. It was an awesome experience!

Very organized with pandemic procedures. You wait in line so store isn't overcrowded. They hand you a shopping bag to put your items in, prices and selections are good, and sales people are friendly and helpful.

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores that I love to shop for huge sales on all my favorite spa care. They have a huge selection of shower gel, lotion and mist and bubble bath with over a dozen different scents. I love shopping at this location, because the store has two sinks, where I can try new items and wash my hands before I make a purchase.

Thank you to Danny and Baylie for helping my wife and I find everything and always being so nice and helpful every time we shop there , you both go out of your way to help people and that’s why we love coming there! We never have to wait long in a line ever because of your hard working team! This is the best store and we have been to many Bath and Body stores since we travel and you both make shopping a pleasure and we always enjoy shopping there! What a GREAT experience. I went for the candle deal. It was me and my mother in law. The line outside took us maybe 15 min. Inside was lovely the employees were super helpful and showed me my new favorite candle the peach bellini! I drove out of my way for this and I'm glad I did. I no longer need to go back to the mall for this place.

This is my favorite location of B&BW in the area. I like shopping here better than the mall. They're usually not as busy as the mall so I fell their staff is a little bit more helpful.
