A phone call came in to our Massachusetts home from the Bethany New England office after we had been working with them for several months. A voice on the other end said, \We have a little girl who would like to meet you.\ The very next day, we held her in our arms. True story. We met many other happy families who adopted through Bethany throughout the next several years, both foreign and local.

Great staff and support! This company is about the community as a whole, not just adoptions.
Ladies, please don't give your baby away. Almost 5 years ago I had a little girl that I placed up for adoption through this agency in Knoxville. I wanted an open adoption, and the adopters agreed to it. They only agreed to it so that I could give them my baby, but once I gave them my baby, they treated me badly, and ultimately closed the adoption. They said that they loved me and we will always be family, but I haven't seen my biological daughter in 3 years now. And the agency is on the adopters side, because they are the once paying the 20,000. You probably will never see your child again, and these people could care less about your feelings. Please just have kids when you are good and ready.
My wife and I have been trying to get a call back for 1 month and evidently we are not getting anywhere multiple messages left with the receptionist and on voice mail for the domestic adoption person with no luck guess they dont really want to help unless it is international and making them big money
