I was visiting friends in Loudon and realize that I forgot my hearing aids charger, so panic started to take over. After I thought through options I called Bridgewater Balance and hearing in Knoxville and explained my issue and they welcomed me to come in and they would charge them and of course I was moved by their kindness. The problem was I would be visiting several days, so then they offered to let me use a charger and just return it when I left . I was blown away by such an incredible offer and of course took them up on it. This office is superior in customer service and human kindness. I can't Thank these people enough! My hearing aids are only 10 months old or I would have purchased new from them.

They are amazing! I have two young ones that are autistic and afraid of everything, especially any type of doctor. The doctors here made my girls feel at ease. They talked my oldest through the entire process. We made it through the whole appointment without one meltdown from either child. Very different from our first experience at a different place of buisness. No one at Bridgewater smarted off about my youngest being too loud and no one smarted off or yelled at my oldest. This momma is very thankful for the kind and patient woman at Bridgewater.

I have been wearing hearing aids for several years. I was told just a few years ago that I had to have a mold for my left ear because of surgery I had. Well Dr. Sally said that was no problem that she could fit me with a regular tip just like I have in my normal ear. I am so thankful that she did this for me. It is so much more comfortable and better in every way. Also, she cleaned out my bad ear that had a bunch of crud in it without charging me any extra. Last time I paid an ENT doctor 450.00 to do the same thing. I love my new hearing aids from Dr. Sally! I highly recommend Dr Sally - owner of Bridgewater Balance and Hearing!!

I would recommend Bridgewater balance and hearing to anyone everybody that works in there is so patient and they're so nice and Dr Sally knows her job well and she takes good care of you and is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They take there time with you they're not in any hurry they don't push you to buy anything and they don't push you to pay for them I need hearing aids for a long time and I didn't want to go and when I went I'm glad I picked Bridgewater balance and hearing and dr. Sally because I probably wouldn't have got them if it wasn't for her
