Best insurance experience I've had - Kathy offers incredible customer service and always provides thorough details so I can make the most informed (and economic) decisions over the last 4 years I've worked with the company. Auto-insurance renewal is simple and renewal policy letters are easy to understand. Brown insurance offers all the options and affordability that you get with major insurance providers, but you get an outstanding level of customer service that you will be hard-pressed to get elsewhere. I feel genuinely cared for as a person and definitely valued as a customer.

Kathy is not to be trusted. She has no values. She disregarded our agreement. I wasnt paid a dime even though I her paid in full. She even served me with fraudulent documents she falsafied as a court order. As I am a process server I absolutely know what court documents look like. Do not do business with her. She took advantage of me. She went as far as having an ex Officer threaten me pretending to be an officer. He no longer is an officer because he was having relations with a jailer. thats called conflict of interest, its iligal. Thats the kind of morality this woman has. Not only will she rob you but she is dangerous. Stay away from her.
