They were very rude to my husband. He walked in the door and they seemed very put off. One older gentleman gave him a dirty look first thing. I am not sure what was going on. They repaired our RV fine.. They just gave overall terrible customer service. We will not be back. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Working with Jessica is awesome. It’s a true customer service experience as she always helps me with whatever I need. Because of Jessica things get done in a timely manner and she always stays in contact with me. Jessica is awesome!
John \Dieter\ is a wonderful sales person. Very informative and down to earth. He helped us find the right travel trailer without any pressure. We had a few issues in the initial walk through but Chris and Jerry made it right. Jerry was very thorough. We appreciated it. Over all a good experience.
Bill Copeland was extremely patient with our transaction. He made sure that we had the right RV for us! Walked us through several in the cold and rain and never complained. Talked us through our options and was great communicating with us through the process.
