I had such a great experience. My car was in and out so quickly! They did such great work. I have to sing the praises of Elaine! She went above and beyond to take care of me, and help me during the process. Hopefully I won’t have to come back, but if I ever need a collision repair again, I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber. Athena, the adjuster, is competent and also kind. The gentleman at the front desk was also very welcoming. They realized that having your car repaired is a difficult process to go through. It took less than a week to have the repairs done. They notified me daily of the progress. The repair was excellent. The paint job was perfect. I couldn’t tell that my car had been damaged when they were through. I would recommend Caliber on Callahan to anyone needing repair work done. It is worth the drive. I now feel that I have people I can call if I have any questions in the future about the exterior of my car!
Excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair. Surprisingly quick turnaround with good work done. As an added benefit, has good relationship with local rental car agencies making the repair process smooth and pleasant.
Best experience and great service. We dropped the car for today through our insurance company. I arrived and had to sign a paper and get ac rental car that was waiting for me. When came to pick it up, drop there the rental and got the car which was fixed perfectly and even cleaned. Great service
Did nice work but returned my car on empty when it had 1/2 tank going in and 200 extra miles on odometer.
