Really bad customer service. I attempted to exchange an item i bought the previous day for same item but one size larger. The manager was rude and just said look at your receipt. Item must still have tags attached. I had receipt and orig tags in the bag. He kept saying its corporate policy. Ive been a retail executive and retail property landlord for 30 years. I have never heard of a store policy like that. I put my other items back and left..will never be back

Great store!! I absolutely love this store. It has most items less than 15 dollars, kids clothes are really inexpensive and so are housewares. For example, a 6 pack wash clothes 1.99. It may not be the best quality but it's good!!!. They even have sheet sets for 11.99 and other household goods. The store is great I will admit in the juniors clothing the items run a little smaller so you maybe a 1-2x shopping there!!
Citi Trends of Knoxville has a huge selection of name brand clothing & shoes. The boys section sizes 8- 20 their Nike and Air Jordan shirts and pants size medium are limited. Thanks Shelia for doing amazing job on keeping this store stock, with new name brand items each week for my son.
Always my go to for my boyfriend's clothing. They always have great styles for all sizes.
Done plenty of layaway friendly both locations didn't have any infant clothes at time
