Called them for a mental health assessment that i really needed and cant find anywhere else. Nice lady answered and took my info and said they would call me back when they had something available in 3 weeks. Well i waited 5 weeks and called again and the same lady said she would talk to whoever but they were all in meetings. And shes the one taking appointments. Well here it is june 12. 3 months later and im still waiting. No one can be that freaking busy to do a one time thing that takes no more than 2 hours!!!

To say I am disappointed with my experience of Covenant Counseling would be a massive understatement. Initiating services went smoothly and things got off to a good start. I had high hopes when my daughter was assigned a therapist that she connected with. She was professional, punctual, and very competant. Unfortunately that only lasted 2 months. Since then we have enountered difficulties at almost every possible point. I discovered our insurance was improperly billed and we had been overcharged on our co-pay for every visit. I have been assured that we would receive back payment but I have yet to receive it despite being promised by a manager that she would personally put it in the mail the next day. Then my daughter's new therapist did not come for visits as scheduled. She was elusive and difficult to contact. When she finally did show up she did not stay for the duration of the visit which was supposed to last an hour. Finally after no success in reaching her, I called the office manager to terminate services. I was given continued run around about why we had issues with our second therapist and she was spoken about in what seemed to me an unprofessional manner for a supervisor speaking to a client. I am sad to say not only has my daughter not received the services she needs but the process has wasted a lot of time and energy for everyone involved.

Bad experience. The counselor I'm dealing with is one-sided, uncooperative, and unprofessional. If you need help I suggest you find a counselor that wants what is best for your family and that's not covenant counseling.
