He fully explained all my options for repairing my laptop and I thought his pricing was extremely fair. James and his crew showed up on time and thoroughly explained the options for mounting my two tv’s. Once we decided how to proceed they did their work efficiently and professionally. Throughout they were courteous and friendly. Very good price compared to others. Highly recommend and will hire again!

James at Control Alt Delete provides outstanding computer service, knowledge, problem-solving, courtesy and pricing. I began learning to fix my own computers in 1998 out of self-defense when I took a desktop tower to a then well-known large chain for repair, was charged over 100 for them to “pop the hood” and tell me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Now, ten or so books on the subject later, numerous computer software corrections, repairs/rebuilds for the family and friends, one thing I do know is when I need a pro and one or a team I trust. I struck gold with James. Discussed my problem at length with him on the phone. Very patient with my numerous questions courteous and knowledgeable. He came out and had me up and running in no time.
