The entire office staff is kind, professional and efficient. Dr Barole is very knowledgeable and takes the time to talk with you about any concerns or questions you have. We never have to wait long when we visit. On our last visit my young daughter had to have a tooth extracted and was terrified. Dr Barole and her dental assistant were excellent with helping my daughter stay calm and doing the procedure quickly and with compassion. I trust this office completely with not only my own dental health but my entire family’s.

I went there for a few years. Dr. Borole is knowledgeable and professional. Marilyn does a good job with cleanings. However, I had more work done on my last visit than we had agreed to on my treatment plan for that visit. The work was to be split into different visits to get me ready for a larger final visit. I get there for what was to have been a first visit. Marilyn numbed one side of my mouth then says she has to do the other side. I explained that I only wanted the one side done because of not wanting a huge bill to pay off. She was like "Oh, I understand. I hate when that happens to me" etc. Then she said she had to numb my mouth because the work being done required it. I questioned that but she insisted. Later, she did something else and I reiterated not wanting a big bill and again was told she understood. Then she found something on the other side of my mouth that had to be done that would only take her a minute. She did all the work anyway. In retrospect, I should have just caused a scene and left when she "found something". The bill was 600 after insurance. It took months to pay off the Care Credit bill (which is exactly what I had wanted to avoid). After I have no plans to return.

I’ve only been here twice so far, I will say both times the office has welcomed me with open arms. Everyone is super friendly! First visit was for a cleaning/ortho consultation. Second visit was to actually get my braces and must I say the Dr & his team are amazing!
