Doing construction in a way as to obstruct the ER and make it even harder for parents to park, get their children in, registered, and cared for is an obvious oversight and whomever thought out the plan for it needs to be fired. Also, I understand covid procedures, but making the parents: A. Have to decide who goes back with their sick child to be cared for. B. Not having any sort of waiting area readily available to allow parents to catch up/switch out/share status information. C.Forcing the other parent out of the hospital entirely is a ridiculous practice and accomodations should be made for parents to either go back together or a waiting room accessible close by.

It was the most amazing thing in my life. They were not only there to save the life of my infant daughter many times throught her 1st year of life but the family as well. They have the most amazing doctors and staff I will only take my kids to this hospital.

The 2nd floor, north tower staff have been incredible. They were so kind and really work hard to ensure the patients are comfortable. Every time they come in to do anything they always ask if they can do anything for you. I wish I would have gotten the other nurses name, but her and Elyssia have went above and beyond to take care of my son. Their level of professionalism, and kindness really made all the difference in our stay. No one wants to be in a hospital for any amount of time, but to have staff that truly care for their patients makes it much easier to bare. Dr. Turner did an amazing job repairing his broken clavicle, and answered all our questions. I honestly can't say enough good things about everyone here. Thank you so much for everything.

My daughter had surgery 11/3 and was admitted to the second surgical floor. I am impressed by everyone here. Her stay has been top notch and the nurses are absolutely incredible. If you’re in the medical field and have heard of hourly rounding well they hold true to this. She has been checked on so much and cared for so well! As a nurse myself I can tell that their nurses are absolutely happy here and with the nurse to pt ratio I can say she is having positive outcomes! Everyone we have met has been fabulous and nice! So kudos to everyone for taking care of my baby!

Arrived around 11pm and the waiting room was beyond packed full of families with multiple kid’s needing to be seen. The staff and Dr’s were doing their best to get everyone seen in a timely manner considering the circumstances.
