Ensemble Recovery is located in Knoxville, United States on 417 Holly St. Ensemble Recovery is rated 3 out of 5 in the category addiction treatment center in United States. At Ensemble Recovery, our mission is a simple one: We don’t treat the spiritual hole in the person but we treat the whole person. We know that addiction is a chronic, often lifelong issue that causes medical conditions that must be addressed at the same time a patient is being treated for their addiction. Our approach is unique because we combine primary medical care with traditional addiction treatment. Our patients require specialized medical care, and we believe by offering primary care as well as addiction treatment we can build better relationships with our patients, fully understand their needs, and keep them on the long and winding road toward recovery.

I was in IOP and it was sooooo important for me to finish I went everytime I was supposed to be there and then there started being notes on the door saying come back on the next date never received phone calls telling me not to come. I had to drive an hour to get there on top of that not having insurance and had a grant. I had iop classes plus I had one on one therapy I had not started so when they started the notes then closed iop out of no where I called took me days to finally get someone to answer talked to some guy who told me I could do one on ones that he would call back he never called back I kept calling him and he kept putting me off for over a month then finally says they don’t have the therapy work for me. Mine was 100% paid for by the state so I should have gotten my therapy. Completely not fair. Now I have so much more I’m facing. I trusted this place and it really messed things up for me.

I have no idea what this place actually is. It was listed on my insurance and I called to find a therapist. When I got there I realized it was an OP treatment center and looked like a sub clinic. They clarified that they provided outside therapy for mental health. The Doctor I met with seemed nice enough and let me talk... however I shared that I am dealing with an extreme hard time and it was dismissed, no solution, no help, I was then scheduled 3 weeks out to be seen again with no urgency at all. I left feeling more lost than when I went in. A few days later I asked to have some paper work done for work and was treated like a criminal. They refused to help me, the receptionist LAUGHED at me and had the most smug attitude about my situation and how stressed I was. It was honestly humiliating and made everything so much harder. If you are seeking quality mental health support and are struggling with depression DO NOT GO HERE. They are understaffed and obviously not focused on mental health at all. The lack of empathy and urgency was disturbing and sad. Find better help.

The staff are very kind and welcoming. It was easy to make an appointment and I got in to see someone right away for a medical visit. They've got primary care and psychiatry, plus a substance abuse treatment program. I would send my family and friends there.
