I always hesitated leaving a negative review but I finally feel comfortable doing so. I took my daughter here. Shes never seen an eye Dr before that. They gave us her RX so we went and had her glasses made. She complained she couldn't see with them so I thought maybe it was the prisms they had? We had them checked by their office and the rx was correct. She complained every time she wore them despite the rx the Dr gave her being correct. I told the person who checked them that she says she cannot see with them and he told me to give it time. Well, the complaints didn't stop. So I took her to a different eye Dr for a second opinion telling her nothing about my experience here just so we got a very unbiased result. She doesn't need glasses at all! She has perfect vision. We wasted over 400 on glasses and appointments, going back and forth about the glasses not being correct so wasting lots of time on this and to find out my kid didn't need glasses at all was super frustrating. The Doctor is really nice but I'm disappointed we wasted so much money! Unfortunately, I wouldn't suggest them.

Amazing, amazing place! Stephanie has been the person that has helped us through our order and I just cannot say enough about her knowledge, patience (my 4 year old was getting glasses), and her customer service. This place is on the other side of where we live but I will happily make the drive because of their care, attention and overall service!
I will begin with I do not write reviews, but this experience deserves the time to take out to share how wonderful this place is. I have had issues with my eye going in (like a lazy or cross eye) when I focus all my life, even my best of friends made fun of me. I have been to eye doctors all my life, had to do eye exercises when I was a kid. Well here we are 28 years old and it’s getting worse. I was due for new glasses and came across this place with specialized help with eye rehabilitations! Didn’t know of such a thing!! I knew right then there was hope. Well I went there and the staff are all wonderful! Nice friendly and so comforting when I explained my concern with my eyes she ensured I’m not crazy. That alone was just such a relief-as I’ve literally thought I was my whole life! Then actually being able to have the doctor diagnosis it like give it a name! He has a solution within literally minutes.. With a lens rather than a therapy I couldn’t have been more happy with this. Why hasn’t any doctor done this for me?? I literally can’t thank him enough. This is life changing! Thanks doc! And all the staff at Eyexcel!!!
Just picked up my glasses after being hone over a month.During my visit there everyone was very friendly and helpful. Told me glasses would be bk.7/10 days.After 2wks.i had heard nothing!!!!! I called and was told my prescripton was hard to fill because them being tri focols. I waited another wk. And no call nothing. After a month i called and spoke to office manager and was told they were out of those frames but she could put my prescription in black frames. I ordered tortoise. I ask for my prescripton and she said i would have to pay lab fees if i got it. I was never informed at at anytime on what was going on wth.my glasses!!! Never. Today i picked up my BLACK frames and as i left .3 ladies and dr.West were there and never offered an apology for my long wait or t anything. Very poor service. Will never go bk. Just curious to see if my original frames will come in Brenda Pressley I
I brought my daughter to this office & we really liked it. The staff were all professional, also explained things to us very well. We felt handled with care in a timely fashion & would absolutely recommend Eye Xcel to friends and family!
