Shannon McCullock has been an extremely helpful agent, very proactive, and super communicative. I had Farmers back in Los Angeles for 20 years, and when I moved to Knoxville I just randomly picked a Farmers agent. I picked right, and I’ve been using him and Farmers for three years now that I’ve lived in Knoxville. If I get some notice from my mortgage or car company asking for a form, I will send him an email right away—sometimes at night—and he will respond ASAP, even at night. He’s a great agent and I totally recommend him.
