He was so helpful and quick in loading my car up and hauling it to Powell, all the while listening to a crazy woman in pajamas talk the whole ride...he has the patience of Job!!! He made an embarrassing situation way more bearable!!! I will most definitely be calling Fountain City Wrecker again if I ever need them and will also be telling all my family and friends!!! I am so thankful there are still some good folks in the world. I called this company in need of someone to come let me in my car since my keys got locked inside. They were more than happy to come out and help but said it would be a couple hours but that was fine because we are at a hotel so we’d have somewhere warm to wait but I got a call back from Mr. Ron about 5 minutes later saying he spoke with a colleague that could get to us a lot quicker than he could and he didn’t want us having to wait any longer than necessary. The kindness he showed me and my little family is very much appreciated and I would imagine their service is just as impeccable. Thank you Fountain City Wrecker.
