I always enjoy Fulin's. Big fan of their egg flower soup has such a nice mouth feel and the taste is deeper than most egg drop soups I've had. Can't go wrong with any curry they offer. I appreciate that their curry isn't as heavy on the coconut as some others. Not that I don't love coconut. Just a change is mice

The food is great but they don't have the vegan choices like the one in Cleveland TN does. Although they said they can modify some dishes to tofu instead of chicken.
2/12/21 - Stopped by for lunch, never been to Fulin's, since I was in the area. The menu was interesting - I don't remember seeing any Chinese lunch special not including soup and the prices were a bit higher than I'd expect. Ordered cashew chicken, spring roll, steamed rice, and egg drop (egg flower is what they call it) soup. The soup came first - first thing noticed was how sloppy the presentation was as the soup was literally running down the small cup onto the saucer. It was standard tasting - I would have liked to have some white pepper to add. The spring roll came out on a small platter with duck sauce and a pinhead drop of spicy mustard (at first I thought the mustard was a fingernail)...and surprisingly, the duck sauce was poured across the plate. I wondered if the entree would look like it was served by a nervous person. The cashew chicken came out - there was more brown sauce than I'd like to see, a scattering of vegetables and cup-mold of steamed rice. Every bite of the entree tasted like the other - no taste differentiation between chicken, vegetable, and cashew - never seen anything like it. The last observation was I did not see any native Chinese or Chinese-Americans working there which is, stereotypically, strange. I don't suppose I'll go back because there are much better Chinese restaurants in Knoxville.
Overall very good Asian restaurant. It is my go-to Chinese restaurant. I do not recommend the beef and broccoli. The beef is very overcooked and dry. However, the fried rice, not the white rice with soy sauce is very good.
Great food. Love the shrimp fried rice
Love this place! I wish I could get there more often. I love their hot and sour soup. I always order it, and I can highly recommend. The Mongolian beef is also very good...
Food is amazing! Owners and staff are super friendly! Heck..they even know what we eat and drink everytime we show up. Sushi is great and quick to your table. More than 5 stars!!
The food is wonderful and there's so much variety. We keep going back because there's always something else we want to try. Destiny is a fantastic server!
