I had several pieces of jewelry, I broke during the pandemic, several that had great sentimental value. I took them to Gemstone Design to see if they could be repaired. The gentleman’s kindness and honest evaluation was greatly appreciated. He explained each repair. This was what I thought was great service-but the great service came when I was given a picture receipt, and I was text less than a week later that my repairs were completed!!! The price was completely reasonable and the repairs were excellent! Great service, reasonable price, quick service and a fantastic job- this is my new go to jeweler!

The guys here were just fantastic. I came to them with a design, and they said, "No problem!" I had been to other jewelers in the Knoxville area, and they all kinda hemmed and hawed, and made a big deal about it. The other guys all quoted us about 500-1000 above Gemstone! Gemstone even got it done and to us before they originally said it would be done, and my fiance was able to surprise me with a proposal on my birthday! Best present ever! It was my dream ring come true.

Gemstone Designs is the very best! I took them a ring I had purchased years ago for my late husband along with my engagement/wedding rings. Ron designed and made a ring with the stone from my husband's ring and some of my wedding ring stones. The ring is breathtakingly beautiful and a perfect tribute to my late husband. When we were working on the design for my ring, I saw a bracelet with my birthstone and loved it. Ron was able to adjust it to make it fit my small wrist. They are by far the most outstanding jewelers I have dealt with anywhere!

I had a great experience with Gemstone Designs. They worked with me to design a custom engagement ring which turned out amazing. They were very friendly, quick to respond to my calls and emails, and they sent a 3D renderings of the ring so that I could see what I was getting before it was made. I highly recommend them!

I had a pearl necklace restrung. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the turn around time. It cost slightly more than an internet search indicated it should but was worth it to have the work done on site. I was unhappy that the person working was not wearing a mask when I dropped it off or when I picked it up

When I was in the market for an engagement ring a couple months ago, I decided to stop in Gemstone Designs based on the numerous great reviews I saw online. I had a lot of criteria I wanted to meet with my ring purchase, so I was worried I may not find what I was looking for. But Bill was great throughout the whole process. He listened to what I wanted and was able to order and show me numerous options before I decided on the diamond and ring I wanted to purchase. Bill was very responsive to emails, texts, and calls and addressed all my questions timely. I am very pleased with the whole purchase process. Gemstone Designs' great customer service continued even after my ring purchase. I unfortunately ordered too big of a ring and my (now) fiancé needed it re-sized shortly after our engagement. They had the ring re-sized and fitting perfectly within an hour after dropping it off at the store. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring. I would highly recommend anyone use Gemstone Designs for their jewelry needs.
