I haven't met a GNC staff member that has the knowledge and great attitude as the manager Brandon does. It's the only GNC I'll be going to now. Well worth the extra drive for the excellent customer service.

Really disappointed, I visited this location to purchase some Vitamins. The store manager talked me into taking their buy 3 get 1 free special. He had only 2 in stock. And I was told that the warehouse would ship me out the 2. Three days later I received an email stating that they were not in stock and I should call them to get my refund. I called and of course the free bottle was in the warehouse shipment. So I was tricked to buying the larger size and then upsold to paying for 3 to get 1 free. I am now stuck with paying full price for 2 bottles. The management has no sympathy and refuses to give me a discount on the second bottle. I feel like this is a bait and switch game. This is an illegal sales tactic and I am going to check with BBB and possible file a complaint. BOTTOMLINE: DONT BUY SALE UNLESS ALL THE PRODUCTS GO HOME WITH YOU FROM THE STORE!
