I drink green mountain coffee, dark magic, every morning. I enjoy the taste and often catch a sale at my neighborhood Kroger store. Twice this year I’ve purchased a box of k-cups where 2 and 1, respectively have been missing. The boxes were sealed each time. An issue this minor will not deter me from the great taste of green mountain dark magic. But I do want to alert the company. If this is happening to others that would add up to quite a consumer loss and company gain. Imagine a cashier keeping a penny each day from every customer. It will add up to a “pretty penny “. In these trying times we consumers need everything to struggle to pay for.

For the truckers. Absolutely no overnight parking on premises. The area south of the building for shipping/receiving is very tight. You could possibly ask the staff to drop your trailer and allow the yard jocks to dock for you (for safety reasons and for a limited time at least).FYI: They will be fixing the shipping area just north of the building for easier truck access. Check-in is usually done at door 71. Or if by request, past door 83. The staff is very friendly and very patient. Just not a lot of room to roam around on when there are a bunch of trucks coming in at once.

Came here at 6pm for 7:30pm pickup. Its 9am. Still have not loaded my trailer. Reviews were true about this place.They need new management. One day they will end up with no one showing up for there loads. So unprofessional.

Shipping & Receiving guys on door #71, cool and helpful, especially lady try to help me with my equipment load. Please check photos if you 1st time here. Pretty busy place to be loaded and unloaded. Take your time, test some coffees inside. Has restroom for your convenience.
