I needed extensive repairs for waterproofing my garage, as well as foundation repairs to my house. I had multiple companies come out to give estimates. Of all of the companies I interviewed, Guardian (Alex) is the only one that provided me solutions that made sense to me. The quality of work was great and they stand behind it without hassle. Alex was awesome to work with and gives straight forward estimates, and even advised me of what not to waste my money on. Some of my issues were unique due to the age of my home and I grateful for everything that they have done. Well worth the !!

Guardian was responsive and had a very friendly gent out to inspect my foundation very quickly. They were able to confirm some damage I had suspected that other companies missed. Their price was fair and they showed up on time, worked tirelessly in the cold until it was done. Office staff is all very friendly. Happy to recommend them.
I had a great experience with Guardian for our project. The sales person, Daniel came out and did a thorough job inspecting and explaining exactly what we had going on (with photos). Walked me though my options and gave us a decent price. More importantly though, he was able to fit us in within a week and get the job done. The crew that came out was also amazing, John, Jase, Jason and the others were really enjoyable, funny, professional and hard working. 5 star company and experience all around.
We called GFR regarding some issues we had in our basement. They responded in a timely manner and they were much more affordable than some of the other companies in town. The crew was extremely professional and thorough. We had a wonderful experience and they will be our first call for anything needed in the future.
