Worst place in my life they won't turn on our water because previous owner has passed on and is now deceased if I could give zero stars I would. We have lived in the house for at least 13 years or more. every other bill is in our name but they won't let us have water at all without seeing the will or rent agreement brought them proof we live there brought them proof of previous owners death they still will not turn on the water it was a verbal agreement between previous owner and our family to take over property. They still want proof and will not turn on water for nothing. they have deprived us of a necessity this is something we were willing to pay for but they are not willing to accept the money or our position of agreement.

This is why our water bills are so high! Friendly people though, and a very efficient drive thru.

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Their rates are excessive. They are both dishonest and difficult to deal with. Their recent leak protection program is merely a way to charge its customers nearly 50,000 more a month if we all sign up for the \Leak Protection Program.\ The prior leak protection program was free. Now if your pipes break, Hallsdale-Powell will refuse to adjust your bill (as it would in the past) unless you are paying the new monthly fee. This is not a new service, it is simply a new way for Hallsdale Powell to stop adjusting its customer's water bills if their pipes break if they don't pat the new monthly fee. This will simply add to Hallsdale Powell's currently exhorbenet price for water. This is simply a new monthly charge for something that had been free.

I have called twice with sewer pump issues and both times they have come out immediately and been very helpful! Thank you for great customer service!

The water quality is low, smells bad and hard water. It is the first time we have had to replace a coffeemaker because of our tap water, and it has caused problems with the dishwasher and excessive buildup around faucets and toilets. The bill is the highest of anywhere we have lived. And it did not go down after our daughter moved out (that used a lot of water), and actually went up shortly after, supposedly after they bought new trucks. They like to cut off your water if you are 1 day late paying. They did that to us one time when we were out of town, and after talking about it, we found out that was commonplace to get the fee money to turn it back on. And, when that happened, they didn't answer their phone, so i drove over there, and they were all sitting there talking for a while after I stood at the counter waiting on someone to assist me. They did not care how long I waited. Lazy and rude.
